Most lanai and patio jobs fall into one of two buckets: a brand-new screen enclosure on an existing covered space, or a rescreen of an existing lanai or patio where the screens have aged or been damaged. We do both, and we tell you which fits your project on the free estimate.
Most Marion County lanais use 6005-T5 or 6063 aluminum extrusions in bronze, white, or gray. Mesh options include standard 18×14 fiberglass, no-see-um (20×20) for waterfront and wooded properties, super-screen pet-resistant mesh with about 7× the tear strength of standard, and solar shade screen for west-facing patios. We can mix mesh types — pet screen on lower panels, standard up top.
